Yes. It is usually cost effective to have additional work carried out at the same time as another repair, as some of the processes do not need to be done twice, thus reducing the cost. Salisbury Collision Centre is happy to carry out additional private work at the same time as your Insurance Claim. Simply advise us of the extra repairs required and we will give you a quote free of charge and invoice you separately to your Insurance Claim.
A. When dealing with Insurance Claims, Salisbury Collision Centre is only able to undertake the work which has been approved by your Insurance Company. Any additional work required is able to be done at the same time but will be invoiced to you privately.

A. No. The paintwork on your car is fully baked in one of the Salisbury Collision Centre ovens and is completely dry when you pick it up, so water will not harm it.
A. Salisbury Collision Centre will wash your car before it is returned to you, however you may wash it immediately if you like, as it will be painted in two pack, which is a chemically set paint, and then baked in one of our ovens.

A. Yes. Salisbury Collision Centre repairs all makes and models, new or old, but we don't just repair vehicles – if it is metal or plastic then we can probably repair it as well, whether it is your fridge or your lawnmower.
A. This depends on the type of repair and the extent of the damage, however most small to medium repairs typically take 2-5 days. Salisbury Collision Centre will advise you of an estimated time for your repair when you book your vehicle into our workshop. This is only an estimate however, as there are many things, such as availability of parts, that can affect the estimated repair time. Salisbury Collision Centre will advise you if your vehicle is required for longer than estimated and will also contact you a few hours before your vehicle is ready so you have time to prepare to pick up your vehicle.
