Just wanted to thank you again for repairing my car…I am extremely happy with how it is looking now, you did a fantastic job!

Any how, just wanted to say awesome work, and this is what I told NRMA when they contacted me via survey this morning…

“All of the staff I spoke to either on the telephone or at the shop were very professional, spoke politely and explained exactly what they were going to repair and how they would do it. They assured me that the job would be completed in one week, and to my surprise, it was ready the day before they had estimated! When I went to pick up my car it had been thoroughly cleaned, which was a bonus. The gentlemen that served me were very professional and asked me if I was happy with the car, was there anymore they could do to help?!
